Clift Surgery is changing the way it communicates with Patients
“We are changing the way we contact you.
Our communication system has been improved and reception, GPs, nurses and dispensary can now send updates by email as well as by text message. If you are expecting a message from the surgery, please remember to check both your email inbox and your NHS App.
From now on, email will be our primary method of contacting you. If you have a preferred way of receiving messages, please let a member of staff know.
If you would rather continue receiving text messages when your medication is ready, please speak to a member of staff about signing up for the Pharmabox. This offers a quick and convenient way to collect your medication both during and outside of surgery hours.”
